Support Us

Our call to the mission field is not without costs — costs of many different types.  In order to pursue this calling we are leaving behind many things for a season-our home, our cars, our friends, our earthly family, and our local spiritual family — Grace Fellowship of South Forsyth.

We have been praying, like the apostle Paul, that we would count all these things as loss because of the surpassing worth of knowing Christ Jesus our Lord and knowing Him each day as our Great Treasure and not the things that He is having us leave behind. We ask that you would commit to regularly pray for us that our heart would be fully committed to the Lord and building His church.

The other part of the cost for this endeavor is the actual monetary cost to live abroad for two years with a family of nine while serving the Lord.  In order to do this we need to raise the support our family of nine will need to move to and live in Guatemala for twenty-four months.  Our monthly budget (which includes all of the one-time costs of moving there and setting up) is just over $8,000.00 per month.  Thus far, the Lord has already graciously provided us with 72% of what we need.  We are asking that you would prayerfully consider how you might be able to support us on this journey.

We are grateful for support of any amount either as a monthly commitment or a one-time gift.  Gifts of even $10.00 a month or one-time contributions of $100.00 or $500.00 help us to accomplish our goal.  All support given to us is tax deductible and can be given through Grace Fellowship.  Please make all checks out to “Grace Fellowship of South Forsyth” and in the memo line write the words “Guatemala Missions.”  Do not write our names on the check.  The mailing address for the church is 1389 Weber Industrial Blvd., Cumming, GA 30041.

Should you be able to financially support us, we ask that you use our online commitment form.  This will allow us to accurately keep track of where we are in our support raising and will assist us in determining if we can achieve our goal of moving on October 1, 2011.
